Where are you located?
We are located in an Established Salon in Mobile, Alabama.

What do you mean by a "Kustom Unit" or "Kustomization"?
A Kustom Unit is a Krown(wig) tailored specifically to your precise measurements for a snug, secure fit. Kustomization includes detailed services such as bleaching and plucking the hairline to mimic a natural look, along with other enhancements for a flawless finish.

What is a "Krown"
We refer to our Wigs here at H.K. as our 'Krowns", It can refer to our Natural hair as well, as it is what sits on top of our heads.
A "Kustom Krown" is a customized wig unit, specifically tailored to fit your head like a crown. You Supply the hair or you may purchase HK Extensions where the bundles and closure/frontal are made into a 'Krown' . For any customizations, please visit our "services & booking" page to book the specific service.

Do I need HK extensions to be serviced? Who do you service?
💖 NO! You don’t need our H.K. Extensions to be serviced by us.
We accept all units, but please note that we can’t guarantee the quality or integrity of hair purchased elsewhere.

What’s the Difference Between a 13x4 Frontal & a 5x5 Closure?
The difference comes down to size, cost, and versatility:
13x4 Frontal:
- Measures 13 inches across your forehead
- Has more lace (either 4 or 6 inches deep), so it costs more
- Allows you more styling options, you can part and style more freely
5x5 Closure:
- Measures 5 inches across
Less lace, so it’s more affordable
Great for a natural look, but less versatile than a frontal
✨ Both are amazing — it just depends on how much styling flexibility you want!

How do I take care of my HK Raw Extensions?
Treat your HK Extensions just like your own hair:
Wash & Clean:
- Wash your lace thoroughly after every wear
- Remove all glue, dirt, and debris
Co-Wash & Moisturize:
- Co-wash when dry
- Wash routinely every few wears
- Moisturize, moisturize, MOISTURIZE with hair oils & leave-in conditioners for a soft, silky feel

How does the lifetime warranty work?
Although we do not accept returns or exchanges, we offer guaranteed cooperation to fix any issues that may arise on our behalf for ALL UNITS. Some examples of such are damaged materials, loose thread etc;

Can I get a full refund?
No. Hair khroniclez does not issue refunds nor exchanges. Depending on the problem, we are willing to work with you to ensure your satisfaction and return to our products and services. With Hair styling, we are always willing to work with you to address concerns if notified within 72 hours.
