In-Home Appointment Requirements

âš  Before booking an "In-home" appt,  ALL clients are required to read over this page to help avoid any surprise fees, ensures your appointment flows smoothly, and keeps you fully informed about what to expect âš 

Timeliness Matters, be fully ready at the scheduled time to avoid fees, cancellation or refusal of service.

1. Hair Preparations

  • To give the best results, each service needs clean, dry, and detangled hair.

(Natural hair and/or extensions being used)

*Unclean hair WILL NOT be serviced+FEE: $45*

  • ALL lace on Krowns(Wigs) must be completely clean or it is a $15 Fee.
  • Pre-braiding is optional.
     If you choose to have your hair already braided or do not require a braid-down/mold, you will receive $10 off the original service price.

***Client hair washes will not  be performed at in-home locations unless deemed necessary(+FEES starting at $45), as it is ergonomically incorrect and could potentially cause harm to both myself and you. If you would like this service from us, please schedule an appointment at the salon.***

2. Clean, Clutter-Free Work Area

Please ensure that:

  • the designated space is clean, well-lit, and free of clutter and/or distractions.
  • there is a small, stable surface or table available for setting up tools/products
  • there is a nearby working power outlet
  • For safety and focus, please do not have any guests or additional people present in this service area during your appointment.
  • No aggressive pets in service area

3. Temp Control 🌡

The service area must be set to 73°F or lower to maintain stylist comfort and product stability.

4. Mask Policy 

*Individuals Infected with Contagious Diseases MUST Refrain from Receiving Services Until They Have Demonstrated Recovery.*

  • Masks are mandatory if you or anyone in your home has been exposed to contagious illness, please utilize the "notes" box when booking your appointment.

If you're feeling unwell and haven’t notified us in advance, your appointment may be canceled upon arrival and applicable fees will still apply. Your health and ours matter ♥

Travel Fee Breakdown:

(based on distance from stylist’s location)

  • 0–15 miles = $15 flat fee
  • 16–20 miles = $20 fee
  • 21+ miles = $21 base + $1 per additional mile
